1 Dineamic Chicken Burrito Mix
4 tortilla wraps
40g low fat shredded cheese
½ red onion
Evenly spread burrito mix on tortilla out to 1cm from the edge sprinkle with cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
Heat non stick fry pan on medium heat, spray with oil cook for approx. 2 minutes until golden and crisp then flip cook for a further 2 minutes. Repeat process with remaining burrito mix and tortillas, slice into triangles 4 – 6 pieces.
Finely dice onion , tomato and avocado topped with squeezed lime, serve salsa with Quesadilla’s.
